After a long career in the techology service and technology sales field, Tom FitzGerald, President of FitzGerald Enterprises, Inc., opened his technology company in 2003. While performing recruiting services for technology and technology sales companies, Tom also serviced computers for friends and acquaintances. His background in Electrical Engineering allowed him to become familiar with Windows computers from the very first version. Over the years he helped many friends and family members with their computer issues.

In 2008, Tom decided to devote his efforts full time to the computer servicing business. He sold Shamrock Search Associates to a partner and opened Shamrock System Solutions. He noticed a need in the industry for a firm that would provide services for small businesses, non-profits, and individuals.

We’ve found that people and companies, let little issues fester and then become major issues resulting in downtime and high expense to set things right again. Tom’s background in the copier industry led him to design an annual maintenance agreement for small business and individuals. Our contracted clients get a discount on the hourly labor rate and get six hours of service for the price of four broken down into quarterly preventative maintenance calls. The agreements cover all the computers in the business or home. Overages are billed at the applicable rate.
